Opiate Gallery Needs Your Help

Opiate Gallery, located at 237 Linden St. and opening on December 2, promises to be a wonderful arena for artists of all shapes and sizes. Owned by Darren Mahuron, a leader in supporting a diverse arts community in Fort Collins, the gallery will feature works of all mediums by local artists. To support the fiancial burdens of overhauling the building that it will be housed in, however, the gallery still needs your help!
Mahuron has created a Kickstarter.com website to gather much-needed funds. Although the project has already reached its low goal of $5,500, Mahuron and his team members need to raise $9,000-$10,000 in order to cover the construction costs. Visit the link below to donate anything from $5 on up to help this project reach its goals. This is a promising new venue for art in Old Town, and Scene gives it our full support!
