Restaurant Donates $10,000 to Charities

Even though Big Al’s Burgers & Dogs has only been open for one year, they’ve already lent a big hand to the community, giving $10,000 to local charities through the “Big Change Jar” in their restaurant, which replaces a tip jar. Each month features a different 501c3 charity organization, and all money collected in the jar during that month goes straight to that charity. At the end of the month, Big Al himself tops it off with a donation from the restaurant. Visit bigalsburgersanddogs.com for more information, or grab a burger and milkshake in person at 140 West Mountain Avenue.
