Milliken event raises funds for scholarships and discounted youth programs

MILLIKEN, Colo. — Golfers can hit the course for a cause Monday, Aug. 24, during the 2026 Thompson Rivers Foundation Golf Tournament at Mad Russian Golf Course in Milliken.
The tournament supports scholarships and discounted programs for local youth who need financial assistance.
Check-in begins at 8 a.m., followed by a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Registration is $500 per four-person team and includes breakfast, lunch and two drinks per player.
The tournament is scheduled to run until about 2 p.m. at Mad Russian Golf Course, 2100 Country Club Parkway in Milliken. Organizers say space is limited.
