The Rist Canyon road resurfacing project is all but done. There will be no construction-related delays for those attending the Rist Canyon Volunteer Fire Department’s Mountain Festival on Sunday, September 3, across from Fire Station 1, 11821 Rist Canyon Road, Bellvue.
