Donoma Farms

Donoma Farms
Donoma means “sight of the sun.” It’s a place in Carr where plants and animals grow together year-round to create an ecosystem that provides food for the region. They focus on offering nutrient-dense foods that respects animal life and the environment. Their animals flourish and renew pasture soil on the 90-acre farm year-round, absorbing much needed sunlight and eating a diverse diet of bugs, weed seeds, plant biomass and organic certified grains. Striving to give their customers food that is fresh, flavorful, attractive and nutritious, Donoma integrates pest management strategies rather than chemical pesticides to create a diverse and low input system. They have a Winter Veggie CSA and offer pasture raised and organic diet fed poultry; grass-fed/grass-finished beef, and a variety of eggs and pastured pork (coming soon.) They are located northeast of downtown Fort Collins and distribute. Visit donomafarms.com and contact Justin Norton [email protected] for more information.
