On Monday, August 4, Larimer County will close County Road 23, from Bingham Hill Road (CR 50E) to Rist Canyon Road (CR 52E), to replace a culvert that was damaged during the flood last September. Construction is expected to be complete, and the road reopened to traffic, on August 8.
