Larimer County Sheriff Justin Smith has launched LCSO Facebook pages for Wellington and Berthoud.
The Facebook pages will be used by the supervisors of the Wellington squad to communicate emergency updates, community information, and provide a point of connection for citizens with their law enforcement agencies.
“Berthoud and Wellington are great communities and we are honored to provide them with law enforcement services,” Smith said. “Individual Facebook pages will enable the deputies to reach more of the citizens they serve and provide a better link between the citizens and their law enforcement officers.”
All Larimer County Sheriff’s Office Facebook pages are intended to disseminate information only. The sites are not monitored by emergency operators. Anyone wishing to make a report or meet with a deputy should call the LCSO non-emergency line at 970-416-1985 or 911 for an emergency.
