Crisanta Duran (D-Denver), the chair of the Joint Budget Committee. The event is free, nonpartisan and open to the public.
Ginal represents Dist. 52 which includes most of northeast Fort Collins and unincorporated areas of Larimer County east of Highway 287 and west of I-25 to roughly the Budweiser brewery.
