On Jan. 24 the Larimer County Open Lands Advisory Board recommended that the Board of Larimer County Commissioners accept a land donation being offered to the County by Catherine Roberts.
A hearing to consider such recommendation is scheduled with the Board of Commissioners for Feb. 4, at 6:30 p.m., 200 West Oak St., Fort Collins, 1st Floor.
The Board of Commissioners is aware that Ms. Roberts has recently withdrawn her offer to donate land to Larimer County. In order to conclude the process, the hearing on this matter will be limited to consideration of the recommendation of the Open Lands Board.
