The Wellington Board of Trustees is holding a special meeting Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. at the Leeper Center, 3800 Wilson Avenue.
Agenda items include two Buffalo Creek Park items, including awarding a rough grading contract.
The board will also consider an agreement for well water for the park provided by the Buffalo Creek HOA.
