Wellington Recreation has added a Men’s Adult Softball League to its Sunday schedule. This league will be open to athletes who are sixteen or older. Teams can be registered for $560 but there is a six-team limit for the league.
This will be an open league.
This new league has been created by the Recreation office to give men’s teams the opportunity to play games in Wellington. In this new league, teams will be guaranteed to play ten out of a twelve scheduled games. There will be no tournament at the end of the summer.
During the games USSSA rules will be used with few modifications, but in the interest of “balanced” games, handicaps may be used after the season begins.
