Advanced Animal Care of Colorado receives small business excellence award

Advanced Animal Care of Colorado & Dog Tales Activity Center of Fort Collins recently received the 2012 Small Business Excellence Awards from Colorado Lending Source. Winners were selected by Colorado Lending Source based on the history and growth of the business, as well as their potential to create jobs. This is the eighth year Colorado Lending Source has recognized outstanding small businesses.

With financing through the Small Business Administration 504 and 7(a) loan programs, Colorado Lending Source helped Dr. Steyn open this 8,177 square foot, state-of-the-art veterinary facility and create thirty new jobs.

Advanced Animal Care of Colorado is a pet owner’s dream come true. In addition to general practice care, this full-service small animal hospital offers reproductive medicine, surgical services, behavioral medicine, diagnostic imaging, hospice, nutritional counseling, pain management and senior care. They have specialized rehabilitation services including Hydrotherapy with an underwater treadmill, acupuncture, chiropractic services and massage care.
