Biodiesel for Bands: Launchtoberfest


The new non-profit program, Biodiesel for Bands (BFB), will be making its first appearance on the Fort Collins music scene, with the Launchtoberfest benefit concert. The concert is set for Saturday, October 6th from 12:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at the Mikea-waka in north Fort Collins. Attendees will get to hear the best of Colorado’s local bands including: Wasabi, Futaba, Better than Bacon, Mosey West, and Dead Floyd. Guests will also enjoy a pig roast and barbecue complete with wine and a large assortment of Colorado’s finest brews. Tickets will be sold to the first 150 people who donate a minimum of $40 or $70/couple. All proceeds will help Biodiesel for Bands in its mission to support local bands in their touring efforts by providing vehicles and biodiesel fuel.
