Candidates forum focusing on issues impacting seniors is Oct. 28

The Partnership for Age-Friendly Communities of Larimer County is hosting a Senior Candidates Forum on Tuesday, Oct. 28 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Fort Collins Senior Center at 1200 Raintree Drive. The event, co-sponsored by the Larimer County Office on Aging, the Foundation on Aging for Larimer County, and the Center for Public Deliberation at CSU, is designed to give local seniors an opportunity to meet candidates and learn where they stand on important issues that impact older adults.

Attendees will hear introductory remarks from candidates and then have the opportunity to interact one-on-one with candidates during a “mixer” before hearing a more in depth Q&A on issues relevant to seniors. A complimentary light dinner will be served and limited seating is available. All attendees must pre-register online at http://col.st/E295u or by phone at 970-498-7751 to the Office on Aging.
