Do you enjoy the outdoors? Are you looking for a way to enrich to your community? Consider volunteering with the Fort Collins Natural Areas Department.

Meet new friends while taking a virtual tour of the many natural areas in and around Fort Collins during an open house noon to 1 p.m.on Feb. 13. Participants will learn about the Natural Areas Department and ways to get involved. Seasoned volunteers will be on hand to answer questions and share experiences. Opportunities include Adopt-a-Natural Area, Volunteer Ranger Assistants, Master Naturalists, field projects and more. Free snacks and maps of Fort Collins Natural Areas will be provided.

Volunteers are valued and recognized through annual appreciation events and continuing education opportunities.
