Elder Care Resource Day is April 2

The Elder Care Network of Northern Colorado will present the sixth annual Elder Care Resource Day to be held on Saturday, April 2 at the Fort Collins Senior Center (1200 Raintree Drive) in Fort Collins from 8 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m.

This educational one-day conference assists caregivers with 16 informative classes in the areas of navigating family dynamics, end-of-life planning, self-care for family caregivers, Alzheimer’s and dementia, and navigating the elder care system. All classes are presented by speakers with professional expertise. Handouts or supplemental information may be provided at each session. Members of the Elder Care Network and sponsors will be available to answer individual questions, and each attendee will receive a tote bag filled with information on local resources.
