Fort Collins hosting Poudre River Downtown Project open house on Sept. 5

The public is invited to learn about opportunities and constraints along the Cache la Poudre River corridor from Shields Street to Mulberry Street. The Poudre River Downtown Project Open House takes place Thursday, Sept. 5 from 6-8 p.m. at the Lincoln Center, 417 W. Magnolia Street in Fort Collins.

Participants can review and give input on concepts for improvements in recreation, habitat and flood protection. A special presentation about kayaking opportunities and constraints will be in the Lincoln Center’s Founders Room from 5 to 6 p.m.
