Fort Collins Thanksgiving Day Run

Thanksgiving is on it’s way and what better way to start off the glutinous day with a little run (or walk if you don’t want to use up all your energy)? The day starts on Mountain and College and takes you on a 5k loop ending up at College. The assembly begins at 8:45a.m. and the run starts at 9a.m. Preregister for this event at the Fort Collins Club, Runner’s Roost or Altitude Running (formerly known as Foot of the Rockies) before the race, or downtown on Thanksgiving Day. This event is to benefit the Food Bank for Larimer County. Other ways to help out, if you don’t feel like running are to donate nonperishable food items or volunteer for the event.
