Hunters invited to Fort Collins big game seminar

Are you planning on hunting big game in 2014 and have questions about how to get a license? Join Colorado Parks and Wildlife for an introduction to big game licenses in Colorado. Learn about how the draw and preference point system works, how to determine your odds of drawing a limited license, the difference between limited and over-the-counter licenses, when you can have more than one big-game license, and much more.

The free seminar, open to no more than 50 people, will be held 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday March 5 at Rocky Mountain Archery, 4518 Innovation Drive in Fort Collins. This seminar is for any hunter who wants to better understand how big-game licensing works in Colorado and needs help planning a hunt for 2012 or any future year. Colorado Parks and Wildlife staff will be on hand to assist you in filling out your applications and to answer any of your questions after the seminar.
