Commissioner Lew Gaiter III brings special guest Linda Hoffman, county manager, to the Nov. 1 (monthly) citizen meetings in Red Feather Lakes and Wellington. Hoffman will talk about the proposed Larimer County budget for 2013.

The Wellington meeting starts at 7:30 a.m. at the T-Bar Restaurant, 3803 Cleveland. The Red Feather Lakes meeting starts at noon at the Red Feather Lakes Community Library, 71 Fire House Lane.
