Larimer County Commissioners to hold Sept. 16 hearing on marijuana policy

The Board of Larimer County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, Sept. 16 at 6:30 p.m. concerning adoption of licensure of retail marijuana and zoning regulations amendments for retail marijuana establishments in the unincorporated area of Larimer County.

The hearing takes place in the 1st floor Hearing Room, Larimer County Courthouse Offices Building, 200 West Oak Street in Fort Collins. The Board of County Commissioners agenda will be posted at www.larimer.org/boards/minutes approximately one week before the hearing.

This meeting is preceded by a Larimer County Planning Commission hearing scheduled for Monday, September 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the 1st floor Hearing Room at the Courthouse Offices Building, 200 West Oak Street in Fort Collins. The Planning Commission agenda and staff reports are posted at www.larimer.org/boards/minutes/ and contain the details of the proposed regulations.
