Larimer County Farmers Union hosts health insurance forum

Larimer County Farmers Union is bringing experts from Connect for Colorado and Colorado HealthOP to Fort Collins for a public meeting to address questions about Colorado’s health exchange, the new Co-operative health insurance provider and new health insurance options for Coloradans.

The meeting will be Monday, Oct. 14, at Avogadro’s Number Restaurant and Theater, 605 S. Mason Street, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Rocky Mountain Farmers Union has been instrumental in the creation of Colorado HealthOP, a nonprofit health insurance cooperative providing affordable, quality coverage to individuals and employers.

Colorado HealthOP began open enrollment in October 2013 through Connect for Health Colorado, Colorado’s health insurance marketplace, and at their own web site, www.COHealthOP.org.
