Larimer County flood debris removal plan set to begin next week

The Larimer County Debris Management team met this week with T.F.R. Enterprises Inc., the company awarded a flood waste removal contract with the County, and Leidos Inc., the company who will monitor the debris removal and FEMA to discuss the plan to remove flood waste from Larimer County maintained roadways.

Larimer County is expected to announce the debris removal plan for affected property owners later this week and begin the project early next week. Please watch the Larimer County Flood 2013 web site at www.larimer.org/flooding2013 for updated information and instructions. There will be updates and schedules posted there as the cleanup team moves through designated areas. We anticipate having a dedicated phone line set up for affected property owners and will post the number on the web page.

T.F.R.’s contract with Larimer County is for $3.5 million and the contract with Leidos is for $250,000.
