Letter: Liggett led Poudre school, library districts with clarity

Editor:

Mike Liggett is running for a seat on the Health District board. That’s good news.

Mike has served our community well. As a member and president of the Poudre School District Board, Mike’s competence and collegiality helped give the school district a clear vision of its mission and attainable successes. Parents and students had confidence in the school board then.

Mike is also a charter member of the Poudre River Library District board. His service on that board has helped to keep our libraries relevant in this age of expanding technology and choices in research and entertainment.

Voting for Mike Liggett is the right thing to do. But voting in this election is not as easy as one might expect. Please go to healthdistrict.org to find out how to cast your ballot.
