Little Poudre Family Clinic, owned by Family Nurse Practitioner Karen McGraw, celebrates its first anniversary this month with a big “Thank you!” to its growing list of patients.
Located at 3817 W. County Road 54G in LaPorte, this country medical practice provides expert, caring treatment to people of all ages for common illnesses and injuries. Karen offers sports physicals, routine vaccinations and annual exams with labs. In addition, she can prescribe medication, x-rays or specialized care referrals when needed.
Insurance plans accepted at the clinic include Medicaid, Medicare, Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Cofinity, Cigna, Great West, Humana, Multiplan/PHCS, TRICARE, United Healthcare and others. Visits start at just $69. Labcorp offers discounts for prepaid labs ordered and drawn at the clinic.
Appointments are encouraged, and they are frequently made outside of stated business hours to accommodate the busy schedules of Karen’s patients. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday, whenever the “OPEN” sign is in the window. For appointments, please call 970-472-2001.
