LWV speakers help inform citizens on ballot issues with nonpartisan, live presentations

The League of Women Voters of Larimer County will give a non-partisan view of the ballot issues that apply to the state of Colorado and northern Colorado communities on Monday, Oct. 15, in two sessions: 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Foothills Unitarian Church on West Drake and Yorktown Road. The public is invited.

LWV speakers are also available to present the ballot issues to groups of more than 10 people in Larimer County. To schedule this nonpartisan presentation, call 970-482-8742.

The League of Women Voters of Larimer County has a strong history of educating voters on ballot issues, as well as through programs such as Cross Currents, and teams studying community issues such as education, privatization, sustainability, affordable housing, civil liberties, health care and international relations.
