For the first time since its opening in 1988, the Moot House was closed for three solid months to undergo an extensive remodel again. The popular Fort Collins landmark is now open for business; proudly boasting a more open floor plan, inviting decor, a fabulous patio and a new bar featuring 30 unique beers on tap. “We needed to make the Moot House right for the next 15-20 years,” says co-owner Scott McCarthy.
