The Old Town cidery uses organic apples from local orchards, and masters the up-and-coming art of cider-making. Cidermaster and manager Jennifer Seiwald has concocted a few ciders perfect for Autumn. The fall line starts with Della’s Apple Strudel: it tastes and smells like a fresh apple pie. For something warm, cozy and full of fresh-picked apple goodness, try the Wild Cider Pumpkin with Roundhouse King Pumpkin Cordial served hot with whipped cream. Also currently available is the Peach Cobbler and Tart Cherry.

The distillery is up and running, and they’re proud to announce the arrival of their Vicieux black vodka! This dark-dyed vodka is available in a number of cocktails. They are also making Vertueux, which is their plain clear vodka. When the weather starts biting, a good one to try would be the Adult Vanilla Cocoa, made with Vertueux, half-and-half, cocoa powder, syrup and whipped cream. Get warm with freshly distilled, home-brewed company at CopperMuse!

ZWEI BRUDER BREWING
One of Fort Collins’ newest breweries, Zwei Bruder is up and running and ready to crank out their fall and winter flavors. For November, try the Weizenbock. It’s a strong, dark Bavarian-style wheat ale, and will be available through the end of the month. In December, try the Doppelbock, which is a strong, dark lager perfect and rich for the wintery months. While there, take advantage of the delicious food of Taps Bar and Grill! They have a food truck set up right outside the brewery. There are still plenty of fall days to sit out on the patio and enjoy the brew scene!
