Snowbank Brewing

snowbank_scenemagazine
There is a saying in Northern Colorado. Today’s snow is tomorrow’s water, which eventually turns into beer. That being said, the area’s newest microbrewer, Snowbank Brewing Company at 225 North Lemay Avenue in Fort Collins, is right in line with this! The snow and water they use eventually turns into great beer. The brewery is located on the north end of town and has a comfy and clean look inside with plenty of parking and seating in their taproom. If you want something to eat with your brew, there’s almost always a food truck parked outside. The brewery is also great at collaborating with other local businesses to add different dimensions into their beers. Old Town Spice Shop and Nuance Chocolate ingredients are some of the unique flavors you will find in Snowbank brews. Venture out to this cozy spot on a cold winter day and taste the snow!
“Like” them on Facebook for taproom hours and updates.
