December has finally arrived and a very busy month it will be at the Wellington Senior Center.
Dec. 3: Membership meeting, 10:30 a.m.
Dec. 5: Free blood pressure check, 11 a.m. to noon. The band will play between 10:30 a.m. and noon.

Dec. 7: SALT meeting with sheriff’s officers, 10 a.m. December birthdays will be celebrated.
Dec. 8: Bus trip to the IKEA Store in Denver, leaving the center at 9 a.m.; cost $10.
Dec. 11: Christmas party, 11 a.m. Soup and dessert will be served, and Santa will be on hand. Bring a $5 gift to exchange.
Dec. 24-26: Senior Center closed for Christmas.
Dec. 28: Bingo, 1-4 p.m.
Remember to bring your aluminum cans to the center for recycling.

The center is located in the Leeper Center, 3800 Wilson Ave., and is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with meals served each day at noon. For reservations, call the day before between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at 970-817-2293.
