Larimer County Sheriff’s Office deputies assisted the U.S. Marshal’s Colorado Violent Offender Task Force on June 11 in the arrest of Catherine Ann Bloom, 51, of Wellington.
Bloom was arrested on a felony warrant from the Weld County Sheriff’s Office for failure to comply with bond conditions on her original charges of attempted murder/1st degree assault/2nd degree assault and felony menacing. Bloom was also arrested for violation of a restraining order for being in contact with a protected party.
Bloom was arrested at approximately 6 a.m. without incident in the 4800-block of East County Road 70. She is currently being held without bond at the Larimer County Jail.
