Guest Barista Day will benefit local nonprofit Joy & Justice through community donations
Residents in Windsor and across Northern Colorado will have a chance to support survivors of domestic violence while grabbing their morning coffee later this month. Human Bean Northern Colorado is hosting a Guest Barista Day on Tuesday, April 14, with proceeds benefiting the nonprofit Joy & Justice.
The event will take place at the Windsor location at 405 E. Main Street, where 10% of all sales that day will be donated to support the organization’s work with women and children recovering from domestic violence. Representatives from Joy & Justice will also be on-site from 9 to 11 a.m. to connect with customers, share their mission, and accept additional cash donations.
Joy & Justice focuses on providing experiences that restore a sense of joy for survivors while also working to improve how the justice system responds to domestic violence. Their efforts aim to build resilience and create lasting change for families throughout Colorado. More information about their work is available at https://joyandjusticeco.org.
Human Bean Northern Colorado, a locally owned business operating since 2004, has grown to 11 locations across the region, including sites in Windsor, Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Evans, LaSalle, and Wellington.
