Flu season is here and hopefully you’re not relying on the Health and Human Services’ Health Map Vaccine Finder to locate a nearby flu vaccine provider.

A quick search at the HealthMap.org site shows the closest vaccine location to Wellington, CO as being a Walgreens in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. (The initial page gives you no results. You’ll need to search a larger radius using the “Vaccine availability near:” radius search dropdown by clicking on the gear icon and selecting “25 miles.”)

The site recommends that you also call your family physician for a flu shot — who’s most likely not in Puerto Rico.
