High Park Restoration Coalition hosting Aug. 28 panel discussion on restoring the Poudre Canyon

The environmental impacts of the High Park Fire have affected sources of drinking water and recreational opportunities for hiking, fishing and boating. Learn about current and future impacts from the High Park Fire and how we can help restore our watershed at an Aug. 28 discussion to be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins.

The panel discussion will feature representatives from Fort Collins Utilities, Colorado State University, New Belgium Brewing Company and Mountain Whitewater Descents.

The event is hosted by The Community Foundation of Northern Colorado, Colorado Conservation Exchange and the High Park Restoration Coalition.
