Fort Collins’ newest spot to boast local fare and fun is The Colorado Room, located at 642 South College Ave. Owners Danny Shea and Justin Serr created the concept from combining all their favorite features of restaurants, pubs, and hangouts into one truly phenomenal local experience from start to finish. Dave Richter, creator of the local eats, makes most everything in house – the result is an outstanding menu of sandwiches, poutine, and all the late night cravings your heart desires. Danny’s mom, “Nana Janna,” supplies the all-natural baked goods and treats. The full bar is stocked with local beer and liquor. It’s family, it’s local, and a fabulous game day/any day hangout.
