Fall Arrives in Northern Colorado: A Publisher’s Thank You to Our Readers

By Blaine Howerton, Publisher | NorthFortyNews.com

School is well underway, and the leaves are just beginning to change in the mountains. The official first day of fall is September 22, 2025. The crisp smell of fall is in the air — a reminder that Colorado’s most colorful season has arrived.

Community Message

At the same time, the news in Northern Colorado keeps moving forward. It never stops. From Greeley’s historic arena agreement with the Colorado Eagles, to community programs in Windsor and Loveland, to essential updates on safety, growth, and culture — there’s no shortage of stories that matter to all of us.

Since 2017, I have worked day and night to make North Forty News the best it can be. Our team has grown with the communities we serve, and together we’ve built something that truly connects neighborhoods across the region. None of this would be possible without you — our readers, our neighbors, our supporters.

So, thank you for reading North Forty News. Thank you for sharing it, talking about it, and trusting us to bring you stories that reflect Northern Colorado’s spirit.
