FCCMS is a non-profit organization of classically trained professional musicians dedicated to performing high-quality chamber music in non-traditional settings.  Its aim is to make classical music as accessible as possible to an audience that would otherwise not be exposed to it. Board President, Liz Telling says, “Classical music is cool! It’s even more fun with a drink in your hand and a friend by your side. We are dedicated to bringing live chamber music to the people.” By taking chamber music out of the recital hall, FCCMS hopes to reach a broader public of people young and old from all backgrounds that will learn to love and appreciate classical music. The society plans to have a launch party and can be found on Facebook and www.fcchambermusic.org. Also, Feb. 11, 9-11:30am at Cranknstein and Feb. 14 at New Belgium Brewing, 3-3:45pm. This Valentine’s Day, fall in love with classical music!
