Hailing form Boulder Colorado, Jaden Carlson Band blends funk, rock, jazz, and soul perfectly. Jaden’s vocals are smooth and meld perfectly with the music. Each song on the album has an interesting funk sound that will make you want to dance all night long. Their sound is reminiscent of a jam band mentality with drawn out vocals and riffs. “Backwards Kick” is one of the most fun songs on the album. There is a lot of energy in this song, and it makes you want to backwards-kick like Elaine form Seinfeld. It has a certain Saturday Night Fever feel to it. There is a lot of diversity on this album; this band is sure to prove their worth in the local music scene.
