Wellington Senior lunch program gets new caterer

Wellington seniors play cards on the first and last Monday of the month at the Senior Center, 3800 Wilson Ave.

Elderhaus conducts a free blood pressure screening at 11 a.m. on the first Monday of the month followed by lunch at noon.

SALT meets at 10 a.m. on the first Friday of the month followed by lunch at noon. We play Bingo on the last Wednesday of the month. Please bring aluminum to recycle at any time. Your contributions are sincerely appreciated.

Call Trudy Patterson at 970-817-2293 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday or Friday for information about a bus that is available for seniors on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for trips such as doctor’s appointments. Trudy can also tell you about upcoming activities at the Senior Center.

Lunch is served at noon every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Senior Center. This month food the Food Bank will become the program’s new caterer. For reservations call Volunteers of America at 970-472-9630.
