With horses and livestock comes manure. It’s an inevitable byproduct, but a challenging one unless a person has the right equipment.
That’s why GDH Enterprises, based in LaPorte, has added manure management to its long list of farm-related services. According to owner Garrett Hosanna, the company offers manure removal or spreading plus large pen cleaning for horse boarding facilities or livestock owners with small acreages. In addition to one-time jobs, GDH offers scheduled, routine clean-ups so that property owners can focus on other issues. With regular manure removal, there are fewer insects and pests plus reduced smell and dust.
